California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure – SEXYM

SEXYM, LLC (“SEXYM”) holds itself and its vendors to the highest ethical standards, requiring all partners to comply with applicable laws and regulations of the United States and the countries in which they operate.

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”) requires manufacturers and retailers doing business in California to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their direct supply chains. Slavery and human trafficking are illegal, unethical, and fundamentally opposed to our values. As part of its ongoing commitment to responsible business practices, SEXYM seeks to address these concerns through strict compliance with applicable laws, ethical sourcing, and socially responsible operations.

SEXYM’s Commitment

1. Verification of Supply Chains
SEXYM employs multiple methods to verify that its suppliers uphold our ethical standards, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and meet contractual obligations.

  • Before onboarding, vendors must complete a Business Partner Supply Chain Security Evaluation form, enabling SEXYM to identify those who share our ethical values.

  • Many of our suppliers are certified under the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (“WRAP”) program, requiring comprehensive inspections by independent WRAP auditors and ongoing unannounced follow-up assessments.

  • For U.S.-based suppliers, SEXYM engages third-party compliance firms to ensure adherence to all Federal and State labor laws.

2. Audits
Vendors certified under WRAP, along with our domestic suppliers, are subject to unannounced third-party audits to confirm compliance with SEXYM’s ethical standards.

3. Certification
All SEXYM vendor agreements require partners to represent and warrant that they:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain effective procedures to mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking within their supply chains.

4. Internal Accountability
SEXYM requires every director, officer, and employee to comply with applicable laws, rules, and ethical standards. Any employee aware of illegal or unethical conduct must promptly report it. This responsibility is reinforced in SEXYM’s Employee Handbook, and violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

5. Training
SEXYM provides ongoing training for employees, particularly those directly responsible for supply chain management, to ensure awareness of ethical obligations outlined in the Employee Handbook.
