Returns & Exchanges

  • We have a 7-day return/change policy. This starts from the date you collect the parcel. However, in the case of return, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    To be eligible, the product must have its tags intact, unused, unwashed, and free of any damage. Only one exchange allowed.
  • Purchased products can be exchanged for other sizes or products with higher prices. If the price is lower, the excess money will not be refunded. SEXYM does not convert this excess money into other fees (eg: delivery fee..)
  • For products made to measure, you will not be able to exchange them for other products
  • Accessories (gloves, socks, masks…), promotional products will not be supported for exchange/return
  • Purchased products cannot be returned
 
SEXYM has the right to refuse to exchange products when the above terms are violated!

To start a return, contact us at returnsexym@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @sexym.official. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the full return address and receiver details. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: although returns are accepted, we strongly suggest reading item descriptions carefully (especially size info) to avoid unnecessary return shipping costs.

International customers can also request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Please contact us first at returnsexym@gmail.com or Instagram @sexym.official for approval and return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
